Facility Trainer

The Facility Trainer is an employee that has been identified for having strong leadership skills. Facility Trainers utilize their leadership skills to assist the Assistant Manager and Swim Club Manager to a successful summer by keeping the facility safe, clean, and fully operational while monitoring membership, enforcing pool rules, overseeing staff and handling patron relations.
